Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with your account in the Do Good Dashboard, available at https://dashboard.dogoodbrands.biz (the "Service").

For full details on what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it, please see our Privacy Policy.

Option 1: Disconnect through the Service

If you previously connected a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or any other platform account to the Service, you can disconnect it from within the dashboard at any time. Once disconnected, we will:

1. Cease retrieving new data from the platform
2. Invalidate the stored credentials for that connection
3. Delete or anonymize cached data within 30 days

Option 2: Revoke access through the platform

You can also revoke the Service's access directly from the connected platform's settings. For Facebook and Instagram, visit facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools and remove "Do Good Dashboard" from the list. Once revoked, our access tokens will no longer function and we will delete the associated cached data within 30 days.

Option 3: Email us directly

To request deletion of all data associated with your account or your organization's connected platform accounts, email us at dogoodbrands@gmail.com with the subject line:

Please include in your email:

• The name of your organization (if applicable)
• The platforms or accounts you want disconnected (e.g., Facebook Page name, Instagram handle)
• The email address associated with the account, if you logged in to the Service

Our response timeline

We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, except where retention of certain data is required by law.

What gets deleted: OAuth tokens, refresh tokens, API keys, cached analytics data, and any user account records associated with your request.

What does not get deleted: anonymized aggregate data that cannot be tied back to you, and audit logs we are legally required to retain.

Meta-specific requests

If you previously connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account and want only the Meta-related data deleted, email us with the subject line:

We will delete the associated OAuth tokens and cached Meta data within 30 days of receiving the request.
